This may seem like an odd post, but I just have to share how fanatic my boys are about trash day! They go absolutely crazy if they happen to be home when the truck comes around. I am always telling Seth that we may only need one college fund as Lane or Noah is BOUND to be a trash man when he grows up! Here is a play by play of how we watch the trash get picked up...
Lane pointing down the street because he hears the big engine coming and starts grunting! (He does this same routine by the way anytime he hears an airplane over head)
The truck pulls into the culdesac and the anticipation is building and building for the boys as he gets closer and closer to our trash can!
Noah grabbing his hair and squealing with pure excitement to see the trash man up close! Cracks me up how much he just LOVES this! And of course our trash man loves to see them too and pulls his horn and waves at them which only intensify there excitement!
Lane's sad face that all of this event has happened so quickly... now we have to wait another whole week to see this again:(
